Privacy Policy

Crypto Arbitrage Scanner - GM ("the app"), published by GM DevHub (gmdevhub.com.tr), shows live cryptocurrency prices and price differences between exchanges. This policy explains what data the app handles and applies to the app distributed on Google Play and the Apple App Store. It is written to be consistent with the Google Play Data Safety form, the Apple App Privacy details, the EU/UK GDPR and Türkiye's Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

1. Who we are (data controller)

2. Data we collect

The app does not ask for or collect personal data that identifies you, and has no account.

• No account, registration or login is required.
• No advertising SDKs and no crash-reporting service are included.
• No advertising ID, location, contacts, photos or files are accessed by the app.
• The app does not track you across other companies' apps or websites.

2.1. Usage statistics (Google Analytics for Firebase)

The app includes the Firebase Analytics SDK, enabled by default, to measure how the app is used and to improve it. It collects, pseudonymously:

• a randomly generated app-instance ID (reset when you reinstall the app);
• events such as first open, app open, session start and engagement time;
• device and app information: model, operating system and version, language, app version, install and update events;
• approximate location (country/city) derived from your IP address. Google Analytics does not log or store IP addresses.

The app does not send any information you enter, and has no exchange accounts, to Analytics. Google acts as our processor (Google Ireland Limited for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland; Google LLC elsewhere). Event-level data is kept for at most 14 months. How to opt out: there is no in-app switch. Email us and we will handle your request, or uninstall the app, which stops all collection. On Android you can also delete your advertising ID in Settings > Google > Ads, which limits ID-based collection.

3. Permissions

The app requests a single system permission: internet access, needed to receive live market prices and to send usage statistics. It does not request camera, microphone, location, storage, contacts or notification permissions.

4. Network usage and third-party services

To display live prices, the app opens outbound, read-only connections to the public market-data endpoints of the following exchanges. These connections subscribe only to public ticker data; the app sends no personal information, only market-symbol subscription requests. As with any internet connection, your IP address is necessarily visible to these services and is handled under each service's own privacy policy.

All connections use TLS-encrypted channels (wss:// / https://).

5. Data stored on your device

The app stores only your interface-language preference (English / Türkçe / 中文) on your device using the platform's standard preferences storage. This data never leaves your device and is removed when you uninstall the app.

6. Why we process data and legal bases

• Live prices (connecting to exchange feeds): performance of the service you requested (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b); KVKK Art. 5/2-c).
• Usage statistics: our legitimate interests in understanding and improving the app (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f); KVKK Art. 5/2-f). You may object, see section 9.

7. Data sharing, sale and international transfers

We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising. Analytics data is processed by Google as our processor. Google and the exchanges may process data on servers outside your country (including the USA and other regions); transfers rely on the providers' Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards and are made in line with KVKK Art. 9. California residents: we do not sell or "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. GM DevHub operates no backend servers for this app.

8. Retention

• Language preference: on your device until you uninstall the app.
• Analytics event data: at most 14 months at Google; we cannot link it to your name.
• We keep no other user data. Exchanges apply their own retention to connection logs.

9. Your rights and deletion

Under GDPR (where it applies to you), KVKK Art. 11 and similar laws you may ask whether data about you is processed, request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw consent. Because analytics data is pseudonymous (app-instance ID only), we may need the app-instance ID or device details to find it. The app has no account, so there is no account to delete; email us to have analytics data linked to your device removed, or uninstall the app. Email info@gmdevhub.com.tr; we answer within 30 days. You may also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (kvkk.gov.tr) or the authority in your EU/UK country of residence.

10. Advertising ID and tracking

The app contains no advertising SDK, does not show ads and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS. We do not track you as defined by Apple.

11. Children's privacy

The app is not directed at children under 13 (or under 16 where local law sets a higher age) and does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

12. Security

All connections use TLS. Because we collect no directly identifying data and run no backend for the app, there is no user database on our side to protect. No method of transmission is 100% secure.

13. Changes to this policy

Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated date. This version is effective as of 5 November 2026.
